Alyssa leads NLI’s product and content teams, where she oversees strategy and development of the Institute’s product portfolio and pipeline, along with publication and content endeavors. 

Prior to joining NLI, she served as head of content for Korn Ferry’s career-coaching platform and worked as a reporter and editor for The Wall Street Journal. Her work has also appeared in The New York Times, Bloomberg, and Fortune. 

Based in Los Angeles, she holds a master’s from Columbia University and a bachelor’s from Emory University.
