Rachel Cardero is the Director of the Leadership Practice at the NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI). Ms. Cardero has extensive experience in management and consulting spanning a diverse array of industries. Ms. Cardero’s current specialty is partnering with executives on global leadership transformations, transformational culture change, and organizational growth mindset. Ms. Cardero is instrumental in NLI’s research on organizational growth mindset and leadership. She coauthored NLI’s seminal industry research papers on organizational growth mindset and brain-friendly leadership models. Ms. Cardero is a certified Leadership Development and Succession Planning Strategist and holds a degree in cognitive neuroscience from Columbia University in New York.
