Marshall Bergmann

Marshall leads NLI’s sales team, which delivers scalable solutions that transform organizations across performance, diversity and inclusion, and leadership and change. His team serves as strategic advisors to Fortune 500 organizations on human resource and talent initiatives rooted in neuroscience. Prior to joining NLI, Marshall served as vice president at The Regis Company, a training simulation company, and as a senior director for a consultancy specializing in customized leadership and strategy programs. Based in New Jersey, he has a MBA from New York University and a bachelor’s from Colgate University.
