The Head of Talent wanted to transform the company’s top people leaders to become agile in the face of change and to have better conversations with their teams. The client was looking for a learning experience that would engage participants and increase their job satisfaction. In April 2017, the client rolled out an optional, four-week digital learning solution (DLS) to 250 people leaders that included four, five-minute videos, research summaries, practice tools, guides, and a 60-minute capstone webinar. The solution was integrated into a year long leadership program for high potentials.
