Kendra is a Master Trainer, Mentor and Assessor with The NeuroLeadership Institute and is known within the community for her depth of knowledge, passion and ability to engage diverse audiences. Kendra’s specialty is applied neuroscience, how brain science impacts leadership, communication, collaboration and performance.
Kendra uses a practical, solution focused, whole brain approach that is a fusion of educator and entertainer that keeps audiences engaged. She brings unmatched passion to every session. Expect to be inspired, stretched and championed.

Shawna brings 20+ years of corporate experience in large-scale change, upscaling operations across regulated and public service organizations along with skills in organizational design, project management and change management. She is a strong advocate for psychological safety in the workplace and uses insights from social-cognitive neuroscience to help naturalize and externalize the unhelpful cognitive, emotional, and behavioural patterns that can arise in organizations when our universal social needs are not adequately met.
