The NeuroLeadership Institute is looking to interview people who have led organizational change efforts within their companies for an upcoming project.

Have you been leading organizational change in a large business or business unit? If so, we’d like to hear from you.

In the coming weeks, the Neuroleadership Institute’s research team will interview top human resources and business leaders who led change initiatives in their organizations.

If this applies to you and you are available for a 60-minute research interview, we would love to hear from you! Please email us and we will be in touch!

What are we trying to learn?

The slogan “change is the new normal” may well be true for almost all organizations as they are preparing for the future of work. However, with only between 15% and 25% of change efforts considered successful we at the NeuroLeadership Institute wonder how much energy is spent on the right activities during change initiatives.

In other words: How focused are companies actually on behavior change in the midst of transformation efforts?

We are interested in talking to top leaders who have led major change efforts in organizations about ways in which they enabled and tracked significant strategy shifts such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring or downsizing, digitization efforts, and culture change of any kind.

Why Participate?

Your participation in this research project will be an opportunity to share your experiences and possibly showcase progressive human capital practices for your organization. As a thank you for your time and effort, you will receive an exclusive report of our findings when available.
