We know the world of work has gone through significant shifts during the course of the pandemic. Now that companies are beginning to consider whether their employees should return to the office, stay fully remote, or opt for a hybrid approach, things are about to change all over again. This time though, companies have the space to be intentional about the decisions they make and the work environments they create. During our 18th annual NeuroLeadership Summit, researchers and leaders spoke about the pitfalls to avoid and the opportunities to embrace as they build the future of work.
