We’re looking for people who have experience in a consultative selling environment and/or with selling professional services.

As a Business Development Manager, or what we call a “Research & Solutions Associate (RSA),” you’ll join our Sales team in a strategic support role.

You’re also client-centric, genuinely curious about company dynamics, and have experience with implementing learning solutions.

Project Management

You are detail oriented and excel at seeing action items through to completion.

You’re comfortable owning some post-sale activities like scheduling keynote addresses for our clients.

You remain a part of the ongoing activity to ensure client engagements are fruitful.

You have a track record of consistently delivering on promises in a timely and qualitative manner, with a persistent solutions-oriented approach.
