We seek an experienced Sales Operations Administrator to support day-to-day operations within HubSpot and other internal systems. This is a hybrid Sales Operations/HubSpot Admin role that will work with sales, operations, and marketing teams to create, modify, and measure sales-related workflows and processes. You will support our Senior Client Advisors to accelerate movement in their pipelines, working closely with our senior sales team members to identify gaps in our processes and approaches.
As a Sales Operations Administrator, you will:
- Work with internal and external business partners for the continuing optimization, maintenance, and change-management of systems and business processes (including HubSpot day-to-day needs, issues, and enhancements)
- Ensure internal processes are mapped correctly within the CRM system and followed for accountability and reporting
- Support the development/enhancement of new sales and business processes to meet business needs
- Support/Admin other Sales Technologies
- Provide administrative support and training on processes and functionality
- Be responsible for building reports, managing dashboards, creating workflows, and other HubSpot functions
- In partnership with Marketing & Sales Enablement, support enhancements, product launches, sales campaigns, and implementation efforts
- Focus on data hygiene and reporting accuracy
- Be comfortable advising and collaborating with senior sales leadership
- Be capable of high-quality output in a high-volume, high-speed work environment
- Track and maintain metrics relating to key performance indicators
- Field ad hoc sales support requests
- Identify tools, systems, and process needs for the Sales team and work with the Ops team members and cross-functional partners to address
Preferred background:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in sales operations
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as HubSpot Administrator in a sales or sales support capacity (understanding HubSpot Marketing workflows, sequences, and playbooks is a must)
- Strong Excel skills; pivot tables for data analysis are a plus
- Deep knowledge of sales processes and data collection methods
- Experience working with B2B enterprise sales team
- Familiarity with research in fields such as talent management, organizational change, human resources, psychology, or neuroscience is a plus
