NEW YORK, NY — Onward and upwards at the 2019 NeuroLeadership Summit, as Day 2 kicks off following an insight-filled Day 1, where we introduced the theme of this year’s conference, A More Human Organization.

Day 2 follows that theme to bring attendees, both live in the room and on the LiveStream broadcast, sessions focusing on the capacity of the human brain, how to humanize performance management, scaling learning, and more. Speakers include NYU psychologist Adam Alter, Denton’s Chief Talent Officer Jay Connolly, and GAP Director of Talent Planning and Performance Rob Ollander-Krane.

Conversations will introduce our audience to new scientific concepts as well as offer some practical strategies they can take back to their own organizations. (Those familiar with NLI may notice some familiar models applied in some innovative ways.)

This NeuroLeadership Summit is NLI’s 16th Summit over the past 12 years, beginning in 2007 in Asolo, Italy. Viewers can join the conversation on social media with the hashtag #2019NLS.
