The SCARF® Model is a brain-based framework designed to enhance self and social awareness and improve the quality of daily interactions. The model provides a means of bringing conscious awareness to our approach when collaborating with and influencing others. It helps us recognize the core concerns of others (which they may not even understand themselves) and guides our choice of words and actions.
Since its introduction in 2008, the model has been widely discussed in management circles, including being highlighted as one of the “Best Ideas of 15 Years” by Strategy+Business magazine.
