Katherine Milan is the Vice President of Client Experience team at the NeuroLeadership Institute. In this role, Ms. Milan drives NLI’s commitment to world-class client care, ensuring that clients feel heard, more knowledgeable, and empowered to create meaningful organizational change as result of their partnership with NLI.
As the leader of the Client Experience team, Ms. Milan fosters a culture of growth mindset and continual improvement where team members create behavior journeys for clients – and themselves. Ms. Milan also leads client engagements, working with Microsoft, Intel, and many others; partnering with clients on the creation of custom learning solutions and the implementation of NLI’s standard product suites.
Prior to her work with NLI, Ms. Milan worked in financial services training, developing courses for CPAs and other financial service professionals, and the technology industry where she was responsible for the development and end-to-end management of a portfolio of IBM training courses.
Ms. Milan has her Master’s in English, focused on organizational communication with a specialization in cross-generational communication and cultural change. Ms. Milan also has her Six Sigma Lean Black Belt certification, is a Certified Scrum Master and a Professional Scrum Product Owner, a certified Change Management Specialist, and holds ITIL-Service Strategy and ILTIL v3 Foundation certifications.
