
Katherine Milan
Senior Vice President, Client Experience
Katherine drives NLI’s commitment to world-class client care and product. She leads many of the Institute’s blue-chip client engagements, and oversees the implementation of NLI’s suite of products. She also manages NLI’s product pipeline.
Prior to joining NLI, Katherine developed training courses for financial-service professionals, and developed and managed a portfolio of IBM training courses.
Based in Chapel Hill, She holds a master’s and bachelor’s from North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, respectively.
