Jack Graylin is an Associate Consultant at the NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI). Mr. Graylin has helped guide leading Fortune 500 companies as they sought to transform their leadership and culture. Closely involved in NLI’s groundbreaking work in the leadership space with Microsoft, Mr. Graylin has undertaken similar ventures with other firms in various industries including, but not limited to, finance, energy, pharmaceuticals and technology. In addition to extensive work in culture and leadership, Mr. Graylin has substantial experience in the diversity and inclusion space with a focus on entertainment and government organizations.
Mr. Graylin is integral to NLI’s annual Summit, spearheading the collection of the latest, cutting-edge research across NLI’s practice areas of performance management, diversity and inclusion, and culture and leadership. He also manages NLI’s NeuroLeadership 101 program, which teaches the foundational principles of neuroscience in leadership to human capital leaders and practitioners.
Mr. Graylin has a broad range of expertise across client experience and the culture and leadership practice area at NLI. Previously, his career started in the legal field working at MoloLamken LLP, a boutique law firm specializing in complex litigation. Mr. Graylin boasts a specialty in social science research with a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University.
