Caroline’s career spans work at Woolworths Group, HP Enterprise Services and Optus in Australia as well as BT, AT&T and IBM in the UK and Spain.
Caroline has worked with senior leadership teams in banking, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, government and not for profit organisations. She delivers large scale transformation programs, driving improved client delivery, establishing transformational leadership performance and facilitating the operationalisation of strategy.
