Our Corporate Solutions (B2B sales) team drives new client acquisition in NLI’s behaviour change programs and learning solutions- and that team is growing!

As a Research & Solutions Consultant, you will drive the full sales cycle process from deal engagement to deal close. You will skillfully apply your commercial expertise and be adept at synthesising and simplifying complex intellectual property into coherent, compelling client solutions.

Here’s a bit about what you’ll do:

  • Use a consultative approach to understand client goals and identify the best NLI solution

  • Share research-related insights to support prospects/clients goals

  • Think strategically as well as tactically about client engagements

  • Generate leads, write proposals, and prepare decks to present our offerings

Here’s a bit about who you are and your background:

  • Six years of commercial experience in complex consultative sales

  • Outstanding sales capability with a commitment to delivering excellent customer outcomes

  • Senior level relationships across C-Suite

  • Qualification, or strong familiarity with research in the fields of psychology, neuroscience, human resources, organisational change or talent management

  • Experience thriving in a dynamic workplace environment
