Executive Administrative Assistant

The NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI) is a think tank, consultancy, and educational organization dedicated to transforming leadership through the application of neuroscience and psychology research.

To this Administrative Superstar role, you bring at least two years of improving administrative operations including working with a variety of different technologies, calendars, and people.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to support our Consulting and Practice teams as follows:

  • Maintain team systems as assigned.

  • Retrieve information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepare written summaries of data when needed.

  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.

  • Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.

  • Record and distribute minutes or other records for meetings.

  • Maintain office supply orders and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.

  • Maintain a system for recording expenses.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • The ability to respond to incoming requests and complete tasks promptly.

  • Tech competency (skilled/regular user of Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, Skype, and other platforms).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields is strongly preferred, or associate degree and three to five years of experience in an administrative role.

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

The salary range for this role is between $50,000 and $65,000, depending on skills and experience.
