Compensation & Benefits

The NeuroLeadership Institute is looking for a proactive, detailed-oriented compensation and benefits associate to join our fabulous finance team.

Must have:

  • At least 3 years of benefit administration duties including onboarding, enrollment, benefit changes, open enrollments, and terminations.

  • At least 2 years of experience processing payroll, with multi-state payroll systems, using ADP.

  • At least 2 years of accounting experience, including payroll-related journal entries and reconciliations.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Netsuite (Preferred)

Here’s some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Review and process state tax notices.

  • Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees for NLI North America.

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments and terminations.

  • Post and reconcile periodic and recurring entries for all payroll and benefits General Ledger accounts.
