Senior Client Advisor (Apprentice)

Our Corporate Solutions (B2B sales) team drives new client acquisition in NLI’s behavior change programs and learning solutions. We are looking for apprentice Senior Client Advisors to help us grow both our current and prospective mid-market and enterprise clientele. This is a target-rich opportunity to bring on new business in previously underserved markets.

As an apprentice Senior Client Advisor, you will drive the full sales cycle process from deal engagement to deal close working closely alongside a senior enterprise sales director. You will skillfully apply your commercial expertise and be adept at synthesizing and simplifying complex intellectual property into coherent, compelling client solutions. This role is ideal for an individual looking for a high-growth opportunity.

Here’s a bit about what you’ll do:

  • Own the full sales cycle, from finding prospects, scheduling sales meetings to closure and transition of new accounts to the customer experience team.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand client goals and identify the best NLI solutions.
  • Share research-related insights to support prospects/clients goals.
  • Think strategically as well as tactically about client engagements.
  • Generate leads, write proposals, and prepare decks to present our offerings.

Here’s a bit about who you are and your background:

  • 2–5 years of consultative and solution-based selling experience with a demonstrated track record of quota-carrying success.
  • Outstanding sales capability with a commitment to delivering excellent customer outcomes.
  • Qualification, or strong familiarity with research in the fields of psychology, neuroscience, human resources, organizational change or talent management.
  • Experience thriving in a dynamic workplace environment.

The salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $125,000, depending on skills and experience.
