As Sales Director, you will lead, inspire, and hold accountable our team of Business Development Associates (BDAs).
Here’s some of what you’ll do in your day to day:
Develop client prospecting strategies: Collaborate with the SVP of Sales and VP of Marketing to develop new client prospecting strategies aligned with our sales and marketing goals.
Build and execute territory outreach strategies: Work closely with Senior Client Advisors to build and implement lead generation strategies to achieve revenue targets across multiple geographic territories. Research and identify strategies that meet the unique needs of our clients in each territory and highlight NLI’s unique value proposition.
Team Management and Development: Develop the next generation of NLI sales leaders by working closely with BDAs to develop and evaluate their written, virtual, and in-person sales capabilities.
Manage Outreach Campaigns: Support and manage the BDAs in executing outreach campaigns including identifying prospects, composing campaigns, and converting leads into meetings with NLI’s senior sales executives.
Lead Product Demonstrations: Create, market, and facilitate virtual product demonstrations to generate leads and promote NLI solutions.
Event Promotion and Support: Work closely with the event team to promote and fill client-facing webinars and events. Manage the BDA support team during these events to convert interest into leads and client meetings.
Data Management: Manage the NLI CRM database (Hubspot) to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy.
Reporting: Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track effectiveness of outreach campaigns.

Technically advanced – you are at home in Slides and PowerPoint and able to utilise your go-to problem solving methodology for making the complex simple and compelling
