This Employee Experience role both advises our external clients (52% of the Fortune 100) and builds onto our existing infrastructure and philosophies to ensure an engaging employee experience, from employee entry to advancement and exit.

Here’s more about your background, experience, and the value you’ll bring:

  • Experience with external clients and a strong understanding of what it means to run a business

  • Familiarity with the employee lifecycle and associated business implications

  • Versed in embracing already-in-place-process and expanding upon it

  • Versed in employment contracts and related law

  • Experience working and thriving in a startup

  • A unique approach and perspective on the employee experience

  • Strong leadership and guidance; the ability to think strategically and act tactically

  • Expertise in employer branding and communications

  • Client, business, and solution focused

  • Making things easier and simplifying

  • Delighting in the detail; eager to embrace new and more human ways of doing things
